The Sauter range of control valves, as well as temperature and pressure switches were used extensively in general industry and mechanical services.
Beacon (formerly Bestobell Engineering Products) relinquished their involvement with Sauter in 1998.
Pilkington Industrial P/L was incorporated in 1998 as an agent trading as Automatic Control Products. promoting the Sauter range.
The proprietor of Pilkington Industrial had formerly been employed at Bestobell for 15 years as NSW State product manager for Sauter.
